Let’s start with the basics.
I am Cat Connor. I write international thrillers – I don’t think of them like that but when you live in New Zealand and write stories about anywhere else, it’s international!

I thought this blog could be more about how this all happened and where it’s going, because I’ve found that the publishing journey from way the hell down here can be interesting and I think it’s different for us, harder maybe.
This is also going to be about me, and my family and how this all comes together. Days are not always as straightforward as they possibly should be. Writing some doesn’t happen at all. Some days I want to quit, but mostly I love my job.
